As Medical Director, you will:
Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to a loyal client baseLead and support the veterinary team with confidence and professionalismEstablish and uphold medical standards and protocolsCollaborate with management on hospital operations and growthServe as a clinical mentor to support staff and promote a positive workplace cultureWhat We’re Looking For
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary schoolSeveral years of clinical experience in small animal medicine (required)Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skillsLeadership experience or interest in a Medical Director roleLicensed (or eligible for licensure) in New York State Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited universityActive Veterinary State License (or ability to obtain upon hire)Current DEA License (or ability to obtain upon hire)USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire) WE ARE A DRUG-FREE, SMOKE-FREE, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.

Pay is customizable and based on experience and/or potential for bonuses. A general range for a base salary is $130,000 - $190,000 DOE and compensation package.
