About You
You will need to be an experienced Leading Hand/ Junior Foreman with a focus on implementing quality, safety and environmental processes.
Ideally we would like to employ someone who wants to evelop their commercial construction career and can work well in a team.
You will be working in a supportive environement that respects theirs emplyeses and wants you to be succesful.
What we need
Qualifications relevant to the role with a strong preference for a carpentry trade backgroundExtensive experience in building constructionProven 3 years minimum experience with small to medium commercial projects within the commercial, education, medical, childcare, industrial or multi-residential sectorsBe component in understanding and delivering both the building structure and the finishesHave an eye for detailExcellent communication and personal skillsA person who is hands-on, enthusiastic, self-motivated and quality drivenBe able to work successfully in a team environment (this is not negotiable; you must fit in with our Company Culture)Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to our high quality standardsGood computer/ mobile device skills for daily use of Programs & Apps (e.g. Procore) About You
