Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding community and leasing informationSchedule onsite appointments with leasing consultants for prospective residentsFollow up with leads to highlight community features and encourage toursInitiate and manage follow-up on customer service requestsConduct customer surveys regarding community experienceContact residents regarding delinquent rent accountsUtilize multiple communication channels including phone, email, and online chatNavigate internal systems for tracking, documentation, and issue resolutionRefer complex inquiries to senior team members or appropriate resources as needed High school diploma or equivalent required0–2 years of customer service experience preferredPrevious call center experience or training is a plusAbility to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficientlyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities What We Offer

Expected base pay range of $22-25/hr.
