At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment communities, facilities maintenance, hospitality engineering, commercial buildings, or related environmentsDemonstrated skills in at least two technical trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, or similar disciplinesAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, emergency call coverage, and rotating on-call responsibilitiesReliable transportation for after-hours emergency response when scheduled for on-call dutyAbility to safely lift, move, and work with maintenance equipment and materialsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Benefits
