Deliver professional service to residents and support fellow team membersComplete apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents according to AIR standardsTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and other building systemsPerform preventative maintenance and routine property inspectionsComplete service requests accurately, safely, and efficientlyAssist with move-in and move-out inspectionsSupport vendor coordination and quality control when neededProvide technical guidance to other maintenance team members when appropriateSupport additional maintenance responsibilities based on community needs and your technical skill set Who You Are

At least 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities, building operations, hospitality, or a related environmentWorking knowledge of at least two technical trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general maintenanceStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficientlyAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts based on community needsReliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-callAbility to safely lift, carry, and move equipment, tools, and materials required for maintenance workAbility to read, write, and speak English What You Need to Know
