Expected hourly rate of $22.00- $24.00 per hour. Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and teammatesComplete apartment turns that create an exceptional move-in experienceTroubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issuesComplete service requests efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safetyPerform preventative maintenance and support the overall appearance and functionality of the communityAssist with move-in and move-out inspectionsSupport vendor partners and help maintain quality standardsMay provide guidance and technical support to fellow maintenance team membersParticipate in a shared rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs and support residents when urgent issues arise. At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, commercial properties, hospitality, military facilities, or related environmentsHands-on experience in at least two skilled trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, or general building maintenanceStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to adapt to changing priorities and support community needsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, rotating on-call shifts, and seasonal schedules as neededReliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-callAbility to safely perform physical work and move equipment, tools, and materials as requiredAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Benefits
