Expected hourly rate of $23-$27 per hour. Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their experience with AIRServe as a key point of contact for resident questions, concerns, and community needsListen to resident concerns, identify solutions, and follow through to help create positive outcomesPartner with onsite teams to coordinate resident requests and support day-to-day community operationsCommunicate community updates and important information clearly and professionallySupport resident retention by creating positive experiences and identifying opportunities to strengthen resident satisfactionAssist with community events and initiatives that promote resident engagementMaintain accurate resident information and communications using community management systemsAdhere to Fair Housing laws, regulations, and AIR policies Who You Are

1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as property management, hospitality, retail, food service, or a related industryStrong customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to address resident needs professionally and effectivelyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and follow through on commitmentsComfortable using technology and learning systems used to manage resident information and communicationsFlexible schedule with availability to work during community office hours, including weekends as needed based on community and seasonal needsReliable transportationAbility to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Benefits
