About this role
The SSC Trainer supports the Shared Service Center by curating, designing, developing, and facilitating training initiatives to support the various teams within the SSC. The Specialist reports to the Program Manager – Operations and Onboarding in Learning & Development and works close with SSC leaders to ensure all training is consistent with company standards and processes. The person creates engaging, customized training for all SSC departments, owns New Hire Orientation for SSC team members, delivers training content, and supports the entire team with content creation that appeals to adult learners.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across a variety of topicsCreate a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentAdapt delivery style and pacing based on learner needs and feedbackDesign and update learning materials, including presentations, PowerPoints, facilitator guides, and job aids.Track training assignments and completions through the Learning Management System (LMS).Partner with instructional designers to provide feedback on content effectivenessManage classroom logistics and ensure smooth session executionAssess learner understanding and reinforce key conceptsCoach learners and provide constructive feedback during and after sessions
1–3 years of experience training and coaching others, classroom facilitation experience preferredStrong presentation and communication skillsAbility to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamicsComfort with both in-person and virtual delivery platformsExperience in adult learning environments preferredDemonstrates accountability and a creative, solution-focused mindset What We Offer
