Support the Operations Manager in coordinating plant-wide operational activities across Production, Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, and SecurityMaintain structured operational records, reports, schedules, and documentation to ensure accuracy and traceabilityConsolidate and analyze operational data to support decision-making and performance visibilityTrack action items, operational initiatives, and interdepartmental follow-ups to ensure timely executionAssist in workforce and shift coordination documentation to prevent administrative gaps that could affect operationsSupport compliance documentation related to safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsCoordinate meetings, operational reviews, and cross-functional communication workflowsMonitor inventory and material movement reports to flag inconsistencies or documentation gapsEnsure proper filing and version control of SOPs, operational guidelines, and process updatesStrengthen administrative systems that reduce operational delays, miscommunication, and inefficiencies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field4–7 years’ experience in operations coordination, administrative operations, or plant support roles within FMCG, food processing, agro-processing, or industrial manufacturingStrong understanding of structured operational environments and factory workflow systemsExperience supporting senior operations leaders with reporting and coordinationHigh proficiency in documentation management, reporting tools, and Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced processing environmentStrong communication and stakeholder coordination capability Competitive Compensation. 5-day workweek.
