Your key responsibilities
Guide and support junior designers through mentoring, technical coaching, and design reviewsPerform and support 3D modeling as part of the design and coordination processReview and validate calculations, drawings, and models to ensure accuracy and consistencyCoordinate and review the design and deliverables towards local finnish client and contractor demandsEnsure designs meet applicable regulations, standards, and client requirementsTake responsibility for the quality of designs and deliverablesAbility to coordinate and drive issues to the end by proactive communication with other engineers We expect that you have
Master’s degree or equivalent in HVAC EngineeringFluent in EnglishOver 10 years of experience in HVAC designProficient use of MagiCad, Navisworks and AutoCADAt least 3 years of experience working on projects in the Nordic countriesExperience working on projects in FinlandExperience in project managementStrong experience in a Project Manager roleProven track record with reference projects in industrial, residential and public buildingsAbility to work independentlyStrong sense of responsibility and accountabilityAbility to monitor and continuously improve qualityAbility to apply local country-specific quality requirements in daily workWe appreciate if you have
