Technical procurement of industrial equipment and materials负责工业设备及物资的技术采购工作 Supplier sourcing, qualification, and bid evaluation开展供应商开发、资格预审及投标评审工作RFQ/RFP preparation and tender process coordination编制询价（RFQ）和招标（RFP）文件，协调招投标全过程Commercial negotiation and purchase order management负责商务谈判、合同条款协商及采购订单管理Expediting, delivery follow-up, and logistics coordination跟踪采购进度，督促供货并协调物流运输安排Supplier performance monitoring and issue resolution监控供应商绩效，推动质量、交期及服务问题的解决Cross-functional coordination with engineering, project, and site teams与工程、项目管理及现场施工团队保持密切沟通与协作Procurement reporting, documentation control, and ERP/SAP usage负责采购数据分析、报告编制、文件控制及ERP/SAP系统操作与维护。 Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, BOQ能够阅读并理解工程图纸、技术规范及工程量清单（BOQ）。Knowledge of materials, equipment, and industry standards具备材料、设备及行业标准方面的专业知识。Strong negotiation skills (price, terms, contracts)具备较强的谈判能力（包括价格、商务条款及合同谈判）。Understanding of contracts and procurement processes熟悉合同管理及采购流程。Supplier sourcing, qualification, and performance evaluation具备供应商开发、资质审核及绩效评估能力。Ability to handle technical and commercial discussions能够胜任技术及商务层面的沟通与讨论。Proactive, result-oriented, able to work under pressure工作积极主动，以结果为导向，能够在压力环境下高效开展工作。
