Responsibilities
Your scope of work will include the following regarding solar PV and wind power projects:
Provide civil and structural design inputs in conceptual design studies, feasibility studies and technical due diligence assessments for renewable energy projectsPrepare technical specifications related to civil and structural works for solar PV and wind power projects, to be used for tendering purposesAct as the Owner’s Engineer responsible to check EPC compliance to the Owner’s Technical Specifications related to design of civil and structural worksReview and comment on the EPC’s civil and structural design documents including drawings, specifications and design calculationsParticipate in design review meetingsCoordinate with Owner’s Engineer site engineers for any civil and structural site issues related to design Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.At least 5 years’ experience in Civil works design and Structural Design, with at least 2 years spent on engineering design or design reviews. Experience in Thermal Power plant, solar farm and wind farm projects will be an advantage.Knowledge of using international codes such as EUROCODE, ACI, IBC, ASCE, AISC.Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP 2000, STAADPRO and ROBOTGood command of English and Thai language communication skills.Good interpersonal skills and service-minded.High responsibility and able to work under pressure with good working attitude.Possess engineering license level I or higher in Thailand would be an advantage.
