About this role
In the Public and Commercial Places segment, our Structural Engineering team supports clients in the planning and delivery of a wide range of building and infrastructure projects in Switzerland. With offices in Zurich, Chur and Rapperswil and around 50 colleagues across the relevant sections, we combine local presence with interdisciplinary expertise to develop efficient, sustainable and high-quality structural solutions.
You will join our Structural Engineering team based in one of our Design Centers in Noida, you will contribute to exciting projects in the field of public and commercial buildings and support the development of structural BIM models, drawings and documentation in close collaboration with engineers and project teams across different locations. Through cross-location collaboration and knowledge sharing, you will have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills and benefit from a strong professional network.
Based on your qualifications and experience we have opening for the following positions: Assistant Structural Designer, Junior Structural Designer, Structural Designer and Senior Structural Designer.
Must have:
Completed vocational training as a draftsperson, structural design technician or comparable technical qualification5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in structural engineeringVery good knowledge of Tekla, preferably in 3D Concrete, Reinforcement, Steel and Wood modellingExperience in creating reinforcement models and 2D reinforcement drawings in TeklaExperience working on BIM projects and enthusiasm for model-based designGood spatial awareness and precise working methodsInterest in contributing to complex and large-scale projectsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teamsGood spoken and written EnglishIndependent, reliable and team-oriented personality Good to have:Experience working on Swiss projectsGood German language skills at B2 level or higherGood knowledge of AllplanGood knowledge of AutoCAD and RevitExperience with Python and Grasshopper for Rhino To individuals who join our team, we offer:
