About this role
As the Sales and Logistics Administrator with Aero Trading, your administrative skill set will play a key role in supporting the purchase and delivery of our wide range of commercial fishing products to and from various locations across the globe.
The main job duties for this position include:
Completing paperwork thoroughly and efficiently with a high attention to detailPreparing and sending out invoices to clientsEntering data accurately across all systems, including Inventory Management and Excel Maintaining an accurate log of delivery locations, cargo in transit, and any other details pertaining to shipment delivery (unloading supplies, freight costs, etc.)Coordinating and arranging logistics for shipments Ensuring all shipment information has been provided and documented Previous experience in a fast paced administrative roleStrong analytical ability and computer literacyProficient MS Excel knowledge requiredInventory management software knowledge an assetAccounting software knowledge an assetExcellent attention to detail and ability to learn quicklyDemonstrated ability to prioritize and allocate time according to the task and impact on businessWillingness to work flexible hours as neededAbility to work quickly and independently, but will ask for help directly when neededHigh accountability and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast paced environmentKnowledge of the seafood and marine industry an asset but not essential At Aero Trading, there is no shortage of support and growth potential for our team.
