About this role

Oversee the construction of mechanical systems, including ACMV, plumbing and sanitary, etc.Monitor the installation of electrical systems, distribution networks, and power management infrastructureConduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure optimal performanceWork closely with the Resident Engineer, M&E contractors and vendors Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsMaintain detailed records and documentation of all construction activities and system performanceRespond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate immediate corrective actionsCollaborate with facility management and other departments to address technical concerns and support organizational needs Proven experience in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance and operationProficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment issuesFamiliarity with Singapore building codes, regulations, and safety compliance requirementsProficiency in maintaining detailed technical documentation and maintenance recordsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWilling to work on a 26 months contractWorking location will be at RWS, Sentosa5.5 days work week At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
