Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial client requirements analysis to final submissionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and create compelling, client-focused proposalsConduct thorough research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform proposal strategiesDevelop and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and best practices documentationManage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standardsCoordinate and facilitate proposal review meetings with internal stakeholdersAnalyze win/loss data to continuously improve proposal processes and success ratesStay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in proposal management Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field3-5 years of experience in bid and proposal writing, preferably in a corporate or business-to-business environmentExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detailStrong research and analytical abilities to interpret client requirements and competitive landscapesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management softwareProven project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlinesExceptional time management and organizational skillsExperience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of business development and sales processesUnderstanding of industry-specific regulations and standardsAPMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and clientsAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
