About this role

Develop and design geotechnical and structural elements for foundation systems, deep excavation, tunnelling and land reclamation works under supervision.Perform geotechnical analysis, calculations and design assessments including ground improvement works, foundation design, ERSS and instrumentation.Prepare detailed design reports, calculations and technical drawings for preliminary and detailed studies.Conduct site surveys, monitoring and review instrumentation readings; manage risk assessments and feasibility studies.Liaise and coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities and project stakeholders to support design development and authority submissions.Assist with client management, satisfaction and weekly reporting on work programmes and project progress.

Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Civil or Geotechnical EngineeringMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in Geotechnical design for projects such as rail, land reclamation, etc. Familiar with numerical analysis of soil structure interactionConversant with local codes and authority submission proceduresExcellent technical and project management skillsFamiliar with Plaxis and Slope/WConversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.
