About this role
Provide expert technical guidance and supervision for quality assurance and material control for highway construction projects. Develop, review, and monitor the implementation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality management systems . Review and approve, as applicable, material sources, material specifications, mix designs, method statements, and quality control procedures submitted by the Contractor. Supervise and monitor laboratory and field testing of construction materials , including soil, aggregates, cement, concrete, bituminous materials, and other highway construction materials. Ensure that all materials and construction works comply with MoRTH/NHAI specifications, IRC codes, BIS standards, approved project specifications, and contractual requirements .
