AECOM is seeking a Senior Specialist skilled in the Procurement of Construction Works and Services to be based in New York City or Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review project requirements and draft/review/finalize procurement strategy memos Prepare and issue Requests for Information / Requests for Qualification / Requests for Proposal in client's Project Management Information System Follow up with, and respond to vendors prior to releasing the RFP, during the bid period, and after bid submission, to answer any questions up to the award Level and analyze bids based on completeness, competitiveness, compliance, adherence to quality expectations, cost, schedule, ESG, etc. Be knowledgeable of industry trends to determine appropriate pricing Prepare and issue analysis report and recommendation Engage with General Contractors, Architects, Engineers and FF&E vendors to execute the work strategy Participating in successful and unsuccessful bidder calls Parti...
