Responsibilities: Manages, coordinates and leads smaller, less complex landscape design projects independently with less oversight. Structures teams for these projects with clear understanding of the project’s roles and responsibilities. Prepares deployment based on the fee provided for review with the senior team. Leads client meetings and take ownership of the deliverable structure and content. Reads, qualifies, quantifies and graphically represents public realm standards applicable to projects and design tasks. Determines the correct source of public realm, sustainability standards (related to the public realm) and regulatory guidelines per region. Clearly demonstrates knowledge of the public realm design principles with the ability to translate vision frameworks established by senior staff into principles and objectives.
