About this role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team and lead the design and delivery of innovative landscape projects across the KSA and Gulf region. In this role, you will combine creative design expertise with technical proficiency to develop sustainable, functional, and visually compelling outdoor environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Develop comprehensive landscape designs and master plans utilizing advanced 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, Revit, and BIM platforms) to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholdersConduct detailed site analysis and spatial planning assessments to inform design strategies and ensure optimal project outcomesPrepare and deliver high-quality presentation materials and visual documentation using Adobe Creative Suite and digital mapping technologiesIntegrate sustainable design practices and environmental stewardship principles throughout all project phases, from concept through implementationUtilize GIS software and digital mapping tools to perform environmental analysis and support data-driven design decisionsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery and design intent realizationManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining design excellence and client satisfactionStay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regional landscape design standards specific to the Gulf market**Required Qualifications:**

3-5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture with demonstrated expertise in design and project deliveryMinimum 1 year of professional experience working in KSA or the Gulf regionAdvanced proficiency with 3D visualization and BIM platforms (SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent)Strong command of landscape design principles, spatial planning methodologies, and site analysis techniquesProficiency with GIS software and digital mapping tools for environmental analysisAdvanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite for presentation and visualization purposesComprehensive knowledge of sustainable landscape design practices and environmental stewardship**Preferred Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related fieldProfessional licensure or certification in landscape architectureExperience with additional design software or visualization toolsPortfolio demonstrating successful project delivery in arid or Gulf climate regions **Required Qualifications:**
