We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated salesperson to join our company. The individual in this position must provide appropriate service solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the products, sales process and workflow, as well as knowledge about local codes and regulations for this industry.
The responsibilities
Generate and qualify leadsSource and develop client referralsPrepare sales action plans and strategiesMake sales calls to new and existing clientsVisit properties, take all measurements and develop the proposalFollow up on sales activityMeeting or exceeding sales goalsCoordinating works with field techsObtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients, when neededRespond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in personEnsure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
MUST have experience in insulation salesUnderstanding of the sales process and dynamicsCommitment to service excellence and customer satisfactionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge about local codes and regulations for insulation servicesAble to work comfortably in a fast-paced environmentValid drive license and work permit are required for this positionConsent to and pass a criminal background checkSkills and Competences
