Responsibilities include:
Preparing Records of Survey, LLA’s, Certificates of Compliance, Subdivisions and others.Preparing proposals & Service Agreements for potential clientsOccasionally performing field work – surveys, staking, site visits, managingManaging the field crew schedule and adjusting to the needs of the company and client as needed.Work with agencies on project related mattersPrepare and submit survey reportsWork with clients to ensure that their needs are metStay up-to-date on the latest land surveying regulations and standardsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records What makes a Qualified Candidate:
Licensed in the State of California as a Professional Land Surveyor (or at minimum currently seeking licensure)Familiarity with working in Sonoma, Marin, and Napa County and good working relationships with the agencies within those jurisdictions.5+ years management experience – especially of multiple crewsExperience in field work, field procedures, & current application of equipment used todayExperience with Topographic Mapping, Records of Survey, ALTA’s, Subdivision Maps and processes, Lot Line Adjustments, Construction Staking and Calculations, Legal Descriptions for LLA’s, easements, PG&E, Leases, and more.Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3DExperience with Drone and a UAG 107 license.Strong background in construction layout and the ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines, whether internal to Adobe or external.Strong written and verbal communication skills – to coordinate with clients and consultants and work internally with other departments such as wastewater, civil engineering, and permitting Compensation and Benefits:
