We’re looking for a talented and motivated Process Design Engineer to join our engineering department in Chichester.
You’ll play a key role in designing and developing specialist equipment for the Oil & Gas industry, working closely with a skilled team of engineers and fabricators.

Apply scientific, mathematical and engineering principles to design new equipment and improve existing processesCreate, review and refine engineering plans, ensuring timely project deliveryLead and advise on testing programmes, including HAZOPs and ensure designs meet customer specificationsEnsure all engineering work complies with statutory regulations, environmental requirements and industry codes of practiceCollaborate with engineers, fabricators, contractors, suppliers and specialists on technical mattersDesign and plan equipment layouts and maintain accurate project documentationParticipate in and coordinate project programmes across the engineering team About You
Post‑graduate degree in process engineering from a UK university, with 3–5 years’ relevant experienceStrong understanding of process principles and excellent maths, physics and research skillsConfident communicator with exceptional written and verbal English skillsSkilled in project management, including timelines, budgets and reportingProficient in CAD and comfortable with daily use of spreadsheets, word processing and emailExperience leading teams in an industrial environment with strict safety and quality standardsSelf motivated, organised, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Adler and Allan are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
