About this role
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Drainage Operatives based out of our Plympton Depot to join our dynamic team working across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. You’ll be working on a variety of small and large-diameter sewer cleaning projects, including culverts and outfalls.

Adhering to all relevant road traffic regulations and safety protocolsConducting routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checksUtilising high-pressure jetting equipment to clean and clear sewer lines and drainage systemsOperating specialist jetting machinery and tools with precision and careAssessing and diagnosing blockages, obstructions, and drainage issuesImplementing appropriate jetting techniques to effectively resolve problems We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role, and this role could provide you the opportunity to train in obtaining your Class 2 HGV vehicle license.
Holding qualifications such as PTS (City & Guilds) Confined Space Entry, NRSWA (Street works), and a valid CSCS card would also be highly beneficial.
