Looking for a hands-on, high-impact role where every day is different? We’re hiring a HGV Driver that isn't afraid to get stuck in on the additional hands on tasks! If you have experience in HGV Class 1 and groundworks or remediation and a knack for problem-solving, we want you on board.

This is far more than a standard HGV driving role. You’ll be part of a specialist operational team delivering environmental services, emergency spill response, industrial cleaning, drainage works, and remediation projects both local and across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating company vehicles including HGV Class 1 and specialist equipmentCarrying out high-pressure water jetting, drain and interceptor cleaning worksSupporting environmental spill response operations, including oil, fuel, and chemical incidentsAssisting with tank uplifts, industrial cleaning, forecourt PPM works, and remediation projectsOperating pumps, vacuums, hoses, and associated environmental response equipmentWorking alongside experienced multi-skilled operatives on major projects and reactive worksCompleting vehicle checks, site paperwork, and safety documentationSupporting emergency response call-outs as part of the on-call rota What We’re Looking For

Valid HGV Class 1 LicenceDriver CPC and Digital Tachograph CardA practical, hands-on approach with a strong work ethicExperience within:TankeringDrainage or jetting operationsEnvironmental servicesGroundworks, remediation, or industrial cleaning would be highly advantageousKnowledge of vehicle checks and tachograph complianceAbility to work safely and professionally in fast-paced environmentsFlexible attitude towards overtime, travel, and emergency response workADR Licence preferred but not essential, training can be provided for the right candidate.

On-Call & Overtime

This role includes participation in an on-call rota approximately 1 week in every 5–6 weeks, supporting emergency environmental response works.
