Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsReview and recommend modifications to accounting systems, procedures, organization alignment, and technology enhancement.Coordinate deployment of the resources, communicate the assignment to the team, and be the main contact person to provide guidance and directions to team members to ensure the efficiency level of the engagement is achieved.
