Urgent Requirement Of Inbound Callers For Tech Support
Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
Candidate Profile:
Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year
Must know how to close their own calls.
Must have good convincing and sales skills.
Salary:Rs.10,000-20000/month(fixed)+Huge Incentives
Shift : 8:30pm-6:30am
Working Days: 6 days(rotational Off 1 day)

1. Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill. 2. Candidate with at least 6 months experience in International Outbound can apply for Inbound Tech Process. 3. International Voice Process. 4. Candidate must know how to close their own call and must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
