About this role
Job Role:Experienced Candidate will receive inbound calls from international customer. Provide them technical support by diagnosing the Issue and suggesting the Annual Service plans and Software. Close the sales and achieve the target.
Candidate must be experienced in outbound tech process for more than 1 yr and must know how to close their calls. Fixed salary in salary account on 1st of every month+ huge incentives 100% Attendance Incentives. Loyalty Bonus Rs. 5000 every year Lucrative Incentives Paid leaves every year.
Leaves: Rotational offs 24 paid leaves+b'day leave+comp offs Shift timing : (8:30pm to 6:30am)

1. Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill. 2. Candidate with at least 6 months experience in International Outbound can apply for Inbound Tech Process. 3. International Voice Process. 4.
