Your focus asWellbeing andActivitiesCoordinatorwill be toprovidea wide range of activities to engage and stimulate theresidents' physical, psychological, and social well-being and tounderstandthe needto promotethe philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice,rights,and fulfilment for all residents.
Other responsibilitieswillinclude:
Identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents by listening to them and their families to support the development of a detailed life story. Planning and submitting to the Home Manager- a monthly activity and wellbeing plan and a weekly overview. Arranging activities, events, and outings, encouraging the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors. Maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.
