Only Inbound Tech Sales Process Opening is available.

Timings : Night Shift : 10.30PM TO 8.30AM
Qualification Required: H.S/ BCOM/BA/ Any Grad.
Location: Kolkata
Working Days: 6 Days Working. Rotational OFF
Must Have:
1-4 yrs experience in handling customers and closing the calls.
Experience in dealing with US/UK/AUS customers.
Job Description:
Recommendation of technical help through easy steps
Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills
Software or Service packages to be sold
Resolving all issues promptly, thoroughly and in a cost effective manner.
