We are urgently hiring Call Center Executives having excellent customer service skills for our international Inbound process for both Day and Night shift. Process – Inbound Tech Sales Voice ProcessJob Role :• Recommendation of technical help through easy steps• Handling Inbound calls and Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills• Software or Service packages to be sold
