Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.Candidate Profile:Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 yearMust know how to close their own calls.Must have good convincing and sales skills.Salary:Rs.10,000-20000/month(fixed)+Huge IncentivesShift : 8:30pm-6:30amWorking Days: 6 days(rotational Off 1 day)
