We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage professional to join the team at Ibis London Wembley as our Food & Beverage Manager.
Located in the heart of Wembley, just moments away from Wembley Stadium, OVO Arena Wembley and Wembley Park, Ibis London Wembley welcomes a diverse mix of leisure, corporate and event guests throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a busy and dynamic Food & Beverage operation and play a key role in the continued success of the hotel.
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded leader to oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including breakfast service, restaurant, bar and event. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences, driving revenue growth, controlling costs and developing a high-performing team.
The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring exceptional service standards while maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing all Food & Beverage operations across the hotelDelivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring service excellence at all timesDriving Food & Beverage revenue and identifying commercial opportunitiesManaging departmental budgets, payroll and cost controlsMonitoring stock levels, purchasing, wastage and inventory managementRecruiting, training, coaching and developing team membersCreating a positive and engaging working environment that promotes team performanceManaging departmental rotas, attendance and productivitySupporting the delivery of hotel and departmental financial targetsWorking closely with other department teams to ensure seamless operationsEnsuring compliance with company standards, food safety legislation and health & safety requirementsMonitoring guest feedback and implementing improvement plans where requiredSupporting promotions, seasonal menus, events and new F&B initiativesActing as a role model and ambassador for the Accor brand values We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You will have:
Previous management experience within a hotel Food & Beverage environmentStrong leadership and people management skillsA proven ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and controlling costsExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilitiesExperience analysing business performance and implementing improvement plansA proactive and flexible approach to workA good understanding of stock management and labour controlSound knowledge of food hygiene, licensing and health & safety legislationGood IT and administrative skillsThe ability to remain calm and effective under pressureYou must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. Our hotel offers 210 rooms, and Bar-Restaurant. Ibis London Wembley is a modern hotel situated in the heart of Wembley, one of London's most vibrant areas. It offers convenient access to some of the city's major attractions, including the iconic Wembley Stadium and OVO Arena.
Full Time Contract, Permanent, 5 days per week. Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC)
