Responsibilities:
Incident Management and ReportingEvent Management and Logistics PlanningRecovery coordinator for involving the right parties and recording of chronological eventsPoint of escalation for support staff or managementReview all daily activities and ensure completion of shift duties for each team and proper handoverCoordinate DR testing and auditConsolidate and analyze management reports for presentationIdentify areas of improvementsEnsure proper guidance, training and mentoring are given to new staffParticipate in the appraisal and review of staffTo ensure full compliance to audit requirements, operational standards, procedures and best practices Requirements:
At least 2 or more years of experience in providing application support with 2 or more years of management experience with ITIL process and project and people managementExposure to banking industry is a plusUnderstanding the SDLC promotion cycle is a necessityDynamic individual with thirst to learnWork requires strong teamwork in order to complete tasks efficientlyAbility to manage multiple teams and motivate them to meet SLAAble to work in shift rotation to support the business 24 X 7.Experience in ITIL concepts and best practices You can reach us on Singapore +65-66528016 & India - +91-7660968822
