Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join our team in Burbank, CA.
Associates will report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a large team of paralegals and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a docket of cases to resolutionDepositions:Preparing client for depositionAttending depositionsInvoicing DepositionsResponding to client inquiries that require attorney negations and moving matters towards resolutionResponsive to incoming emails and phone callsProviding direction and guidance to non-attorneys as neededTeam Player:Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by exampleParticipation in team events during work and after work hoursProviding feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients 3+ Years of Workers' Compensation Experience RequiredComfortable with fast-paced work environmentsDoctors' deposition experience (preferred)Excellent writing and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCandidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar Benefits
