Ambitious and growing law firm looking for a Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative to deliver excellent service to clients. Opportunities for growth and advancement.
This position is within the Workers' Compensation Department at Abramson Labor Group. You will have the opportunity to interact with the clients' files throughout the lifecycle of their case and attend hearings relevant to issues that may arise during a client's case.

Managing a high-volume legal Workers' Compensation caseloadCommunicating with relevant parties involved in a caseAttending all case related hearingsMaintaining case notesReviewing and evaluating case filesPossible traveling to assigned Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) locations to appera in hearing and trialsOther duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1+ years of experience as a Hearing Representative related to Workers Compensation (Preferred) Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation (Required) General understanding of the workers’ compensation system including EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME processStrong attention to detail, with ability to observe details on a computer or other electronic screensExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervisionBachelor's degree PreferredBilingual (English + Spanish) PreferredProficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams Benefits
