Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating day-to-day clinical operations and supporting the clinical teamOverseeing infection control processes and clinical standardsManaging clinical stock, materials and inventoryMaintaining records for incoming and outgoing laboratory workCoordinating the storage and archiving of dental modelsCompleting and monitoring daily clinical checklistsIdentifying opportunities to improve clinical processes and workflowSupporting the Practice Manager and Lead Dentist with clinical training and developmentProviding guidance and support to the wider clinical teamProviding Dental Assisting support when required What you’ll bring:
Previous dental experience is essentialExperience in a senior Dental Assisting, Clinical Coordinator or similar role is highly regardedStrong understanding of infection control and clinical standardsExcellent organisation and attention to detailConfidence managing stock, records and clinical processesAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilitiesStrong communication skills and confidence supporting and guiding othersA practical approach to problem-solving and improving the way things are done Why 1300SMILES Gladstone?
