About this role
As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you’ll learn and support our team across both the clinical and front desk areas, including:
Assisting our dentists and clinical team during patient appointmentsPreparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standardsSterilisation and maintaining clinical complianceWelcoming and supporting patients with a warm and professional approachManaging patient appointments and recallsAnswering phone enquiries and providing excellent customer serviceProcessing payments and health fund claimsSupporting the team with day-to-day practice operations We're looking for someone who:
