Your responsibilities will include:
Providing chairside assistance during general and emergency dental proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and instruments ahead of appointmentsSterilising and maintaining instruments and equipment to infection control standardsWelcoming patients, managing the appointment book and answering the phoneMaintaining accurate patient records and processing accountsSupporting the clinical team with administration and day to day practice tasksKeeping reception and clinical areas clean, tidy and running smoothly To succeed in the role, you will bring:
Friendly, approachable and confident working with patientsComfortable switching between clinical and reception dutiesReliable, organised and willing to help wherever neededCalm and reassuring when supporting nervous patientsA clear and confident communicatorPrevious dental assisting, dental reception or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essentialCertificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is advantageous, but not essential Why join 1300SMILES Roma?
