About this role
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impressionManaging appointment bookings and coordinating the daily scheduleAnswering phone enquiries and assisting patients with their questionsProcessing payments and handling general reception administrationKeeping patient records and information accurate and up to dateSupporting the clinical team with administrative tasks when neededKeeping the reception area organised and welcoming To succeed in this role, you will:
Have previous customer service or reception experienceBe confident communicating with a wide range of peopleHave strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsBe able to multitask and stay calm when things get busyBe reliable, positive and willing to learnPrevious dental reception or administration experience is advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
