About this role
Working across both our Alstonville and Lismore clinics, your day will include a combination of dental assisting and reception responsibilities, including:
Assisting dentists during clinical proceduresPreparing and setting up surgeriesSterilisation and infection controlWelcoming patients and providing a warm, friendly experienceAnswering phones and managing patient enquiriesBooking and confirming appointmentsProcessing payments and assisting with general administrationMaintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinicSupporting the wider team wherever needed We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and patient-focusedReliable and organisedComfortable working across both clinical and reception dutiesA confident communicator who enjoys working with peopleAble to work well as part of a teamPrevious dental assisting or dental reception experience is preferred, but we are open to the right person with a strong customer service backgroundAvailable to work 2–3 days per week with stable, ongoing hours What we offer:
