Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support and develop the practice teamOversee the day-to-day running of the practiceWork closely with clinicians to support efficient workflows and patient careManage rostering, administration and complianceMonitor practice performance, KPIs and budgetsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and the patient experienceSupport team engagement and build a positive, accountable working environment We’re looking for someone who brings:
Previous leadership or management experience, ideally in healthcare, dental, hospitality, retail or another customer-focused environmentStrong people skills and the confidence to lead an experienced teamA practical, organised approach and the ability to manage competing prioritiesGood communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clinicians and team membersA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementConfidence working with performance targets, budgets and operational processesDental experience is highly regarded, but we’re also open to strong leaders from other industries who have the right skills and approach.
