About this role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Dental Assistant to become an integral part of our Chartwell branch in Hamilton. Working 3 days per week, this role offers the opportunity to support our clinical team helping deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Dental Assistant Responsibilities
Supporting our clinicians during a wide range of dental proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and maintaining high standards of infection controlSterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for useMaintaining accurate clinical records and treatment notesMonitoring and replenishing clinical suppliesHelping create a safe, efficient, and well-organised clinical environmentMonitor stock controlHours
Monday 8:30am-3:30pmWednesday 8.30am-3.30pmFriday: 8:30am – 3:30pmThis is a rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred but not essentialStrong organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience using dental practice software (EXACT experience is advantageous)Strong typing skillsA genuine passion for patient care and creating positive patient experiencesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional, reliable, and trustworthy approach with a high level of confidentialityA positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team cultureValid NZ work right Why Join Lumino Chartwell?
