Monday: 7:45am - 5:15pmTuesday: 7:45am - 5:15pmWednesday: 7:45am - 5:15pmThursday: 7:45am - 5:15pmFriday: 8:00am - 2:30pmIn this role, you'll:
Create a professional and welcoming experience for every patientManage appointments and maintain an efficient practice scheduleRespond to patient enquiries in person, via phone, and onlineMaintain accurate patient records and practice informationProcess payments, discuss treatment costs, and assist with administrationSupport the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsHelp maintain a professional and organised reception environmentBuild positive relationships with patients and contribute to a supportive team culture We're looking for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
