The Sales Commission Analyst will work with Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Finance in order to ensure that the 8x8 incentive commission plans are implemented correctly and commissions are paid accurately. The primary responsibility is the calculation of monthly incentive commissions for all sales employees focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans. The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline driven, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
Additional responsibilities will include the following:
Reconciliation of commission discrepancies and data anomalies Distribution of commission related reports to management and sales personnel • Assistance with month-end dose financial reporting and analysisAssistance with internal process improvement initiativesGeneral reporting of sales and business Operations statisticsAd hoc reporting and analysis Education Required: Bachelors, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Experience Required: 3-5 Years in Finance/Accounting roleProficient to advanced level of competency with Microsoft ExcelExcellent verbal and written communications skillsExperience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SoftwareAbility to organize and summarize large volumes of detailed informationAbility to work under pressure PLEASE APPLY BY COPYING AND PASTING THE FOLLOWING LINK TO YOUR WEB BROWSER:
