We are seeking a reliable and efficient Van Delivery Driver to join our team in Weybridge, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering packages to our valued customers in a timely manner. We provide the van, fuel, and insurance, allowing you to focus on what you do best – delivering exceptional service.
Operate a company-provided delivery van to transport packages to designated locationsLoad and unload packages efficiently, ensuring proper handling of all itemsPlan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiencyMaintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumptionConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and complianceProvide excellent customer service, including obtaining signatures and handling inquiriesAdhere to all traffic laws and company safety policiesReport any accidents, injuries, or vehicle issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized vehicle at all timesAssist with additional tasks as assigned by management Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong navigation abilities and familiarity with GPS systemsPhysical fitness to lift and carry packages up to 50 poundsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyBasic math skills for handling transactions and maintaining recordsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as neededPrevious experience as a delivery driver preferredFamiliarity with Weybridge and surrounding areas is a plusCommitment to safety and following company procedures
