The role
You'll own our most strategic commercial relationships in the U.S.
This role is at the center of our growth. You'll work directly with company leadership to structure and close large-scale infrastructure agreements for next-generation AI systems. These deals are high-stakes and play out over long timelines. They demand judgment, clarity, and fluency across technical, financial, and executive conversations. You'll work with engineering, finance, legal, and operations to take complex deployments from first conversation to execution.
What you'll own
Long-term, trusted relationships with founders and executive teams at leading AI organizations.
The full commercial lifecycle, from first engagement through contract execution and deployment.
Complex negotiations across technical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
Structuring large infrastructure agreements with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Turning customer needs into planning inputs for capacity, pricing, and deployment strategy.
Sales materials, processes, and deal structures, often on tight timelines.
What you bring
A track record of closing large, complex deals ($20M+), ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or technical environments.
Strong technical aptitude, and credibility with engineering teams.
Comfort with senior executives making high-impact, long-term decisions.
High ownership. You're accountable for outcomes, not activity.
Clear communication and strong judgment under pressure and ambiguity.
Existing relationships with AI labs, model developers, or other frontier organizations are a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 Base Salary + Commission
