Right now, we’re looking for a Creative Producer who will drive creative strategy and testing for one of our key marketing streams on Meta.
What You’ll Do
Generate creative concepts and angles for user acquisition campaigns across a range of emotional and thematic hooks
Write scripts, hooks, and copy that stop the scroll and drive action - об єднати
Create detailed briefs for the production team, translating concepts into clear, actionable directions
Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to align creative output with testing needs and performance goals
Analyze creative performance data to understand what works and feed those learnings back into new concepts
Stay on top of trends, competitor creatives, and platform behavior to keep our output fresh and differentiated
What We’re Looking ForStrong copywriting instinct — you can come up with a fresh angle and write a hook that earns attention
Clear, structured thinking — you can translate a creative idea into a brief someone else can execute
Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) as part of your creative workflow
Curiosity about performance — you want to know why something worked, not just that it did
A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your own workload in a fast-moving environment
Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR) is a plus
