What you’ll be doing in this roleWork closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product
Manage relationships and collaboration within complex enterprise dynamics
Detailed and intense Project management during deployment phase
Break down and prioritise product requirements and requests early in the implementation proces
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience
Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes
